Catterick Caravan Annual Award

Presented by Mike Kinsell

This trophy will be awarded to the Club Member who comes up with the most innovative improvement to the inside of their van in that year. As well as holding the main Trophy for a year, the winner will also receive a miniature Trophy as a permanent reminder of their ingenuity.

Entries to Mike Kinsell at Catterick Caravans as soon as possible, but no later than 1st September 2008.

The winner for 2007 was awarded to Eric Robertson, for his method of denying hospitality to rodents during the winter months, or any other time. Well done Eric.

The Pauline Gaskell Award

Personality of the year

This Trophy is awarded to a club "Personality of the Year". Votes are to be cast at the A.G.M in September. Nominations should be sent to the Honorary Secretary, Mr John Blackburn  40, Bellmans Road, Whittlesey, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE7 1TY, no later than 1st September 2008. (If no nominations are received the Committee will nominate a member of the club).

The winner for 2007 was awarded to Arnold & Eva Blain, our hearty congratulations to you both.

The Ray Butterworth Photographic Competition

This competition is for photographs taken at a Rally between the AGM 2007 and the end of August 2008. Prints to be unmounted and the size to be 6" x 4" (150 x 100 m.m). These must be sent to the Honorary Secretary, Mr John Blackburn before the 1st September 2008.

The Ray Butterworth Trophy will be  presented to the overall winner. Please enter your name & membership number on the reverse of the photograph, two entries per person.

(Please note photographs will not be returned).

The winner for 2007 was Harold Phillips, second was Jan Thorpe and third was Janet Phillips. Terry Tricker of Derby Caravan Centre judged the competition. Our thanks to everyone who entered.
